The Last Days is a three-season global drama that chronicles the unraveling, and ultimate renewal, of the world through the lens of biblical and Latter-day Saint prophecy. Rather than depicting the end times as a single apocalyptic event, the series presents them as a slow-burning, gathering storm, experienced through the lives of a handful of ordinary people scattered across nations, cultures, and beliefs.
As political instability, natural disasters, plagues, and war accelerate, the meaning of these events fractures along personal and ideological lines. To some, the world is collapsing under the weight of climate change and political failure. To others, prophecy is unfolding exactly as foretold. Amid fear, disbelief, and denial, a quieter pattern begins to emerge: the faithful are warned, prepared, and gathered.
Across continents, the elect are drawn toward Zion, centered in the New Jerusalem, where temples rise and a covenant people prepare a refuge from the coming storm. As global chaos intensifies, lives and storylines converge, loyalties are tested, and belief carries real cost. In the final season, the lines between prophecy and reality dissolve as the world reaches its breaking point and the long-promised return of the Savior draws near.
